Its Friday the 13th tmr. and we're going to school for our promotional results in the PAC. hmm i have always felt that the PAC something that cjcians should be very proud of lol. anyway, lets hope all goes well tomorrow and it'll be the final closure for 2009 in CJC.

We have gone through so much this week, or rather these 2 days. It was a bad roller-coaster ride. Sudden, crazy and heart tormenting emotions felt by the 5 of us. Especially Edwin. Yeah i know how dejected you feel. Maybe its a test from God. Who knows tomorrow may turn out better? I'd never doubt your capabilities, and neither will the other 3 of them. You know how you've fared. Lets say the Lady Luck wasnt on your side as well as time. The timing was bad. But more importantly, i hope you pick yourself up and chiong for the next lap ahead. All's not over yet. Persevere. There are no boundaries.

anyway on a lighter note, hehe its your birthday party this saturday! :D wheeee cant wait! Drove to holland with eddie to get the party hats, banners, balloons, goodie bags etc. haha blue, silver and white balloons. i love the combination. Shall be decorating the house on Friday night ^^

OUTING WITH DANCERS

met up with Rachael, Jayne, Vanessa, Lawrence and Jonathan at marina for lunch at seoul garden. hmm i unleashed the beast in me and devoured much stuff together with Law and Jonathan. haha. They suggested kbox thereafter and we spent a few hours there. Was supposed to head for Tanjong Pagar after that but it was rather early. Went out of the station with rachael and law and continued our journey around cityhall. Rich Law bought stuffs at river island ^^ haha. basically we just walked around (lol!) before i went to meet belle and mic.

AMARA HOTEL

belle's mom picked me up at Tanjong Pagar before sending us to Amara. Joined pl, ed, ys, and james at sakae for dinner. we then went up the room to create havoc. haha. Belle and her idiotic games! Then they made everyone including pl and i (we dont drink -.-) to drink while playing the games tsk. haha red bull with vodka was disgusting. haha. anw we had a hell lot of fun camwhoring and all (haha pl's fhm cover pic). time passed so quickly pl and i had to leave. cabbed home and died on the bed at 1 plus.

A LEVELS MT EXAMINATION

yes i mentioned that i wanted nothing less than an A in my previous post. But i guess i'll have to settle for a B now cus i felt that it was tougher than promos and the mock exam. I was caught by surprise by the composition but i somehow managed to write something down. Well, im not sure if what i wrote was valid but at least i did penned down stuff. and the first comprehension was zhe li hen an jing. bloody hell it was the toughest chapter of all 10. i must say we were really unfortunate.

We're having the dry run III now. and marcus is presenting haha. ahh Mrs Toh commented that I spoke too fast. Friday's the day. Goodluck.

Promos was alright, however not as satisfying as i thought it should be after doing the papers. especially for econs. I half expected myself to get at least a C, preferably a B for it as i studied for market structure and market failure. However things did not go as planned. I got an E, which was rather disappointing. It felt worse than bio which i already expected myself to fail and instead i got an S. I merely passed my bio but yet i was alright with it. Maybe because people around me were getting similar grades hence i wasnt too afraid of it. Econs however, was really a shock and i doubt im able to keep my 4H2s next year already. So its either bio or econs if i have to drop. I would choose to keep econs for i want to do econs-related stuff and nothing about science in uni. Its so ironic that im in the science stream yet i have no interest in doing science related modules in uni. However if im dropping bio, i might have to change classes. and thats something i really dont want to do. T26 has been an especially lovely and accomodating class with people who dont judge and treat everyone else for who they are (unless they do stuffs to piss the majority off). I must say 2009 has been one of the happiest year of my life and i do treasure the times spent with all my friends. Not only have i forged many awesome friendships with new friends in JC, i have also established better relationships with my secondary school mates which is something i have longed for. I am very contented with what i have now. Although JC1 has been an extremely busy year where we spend most of our time studying, it actually feels great at the end of the day where you feel so accomplished. Especially during the pre-promos period. Ive attended every night study session before promos and i must say i feel so great everytime i leave the library. Regardless of whether i have really absorbed whatever i need to from my notes, it is comforting to just know i have tried my best. Night study was awesome for we had breaks from 8.45 to 9pm, where the Parent Support Group (PSC) peeps would prepare lots of snacks from curry puffs to pastas for us to enjoy during our break. Did i mention that the ice cream biscuits were given too? haha. We secretly brought it into the library after the break to keep ourselves awake! enjoyable moments. I can never forget how i chiong-ed to the library after school ended (about 2 pm) and studied till 6 before the library closes. During the break from 6-7, we would shower and take our dinner. 7pm, the library opens again. 10pm, the bell rings. Mom and Dad would pick me up for most of the days and im really grateful for that. I cannot imagine the almost-dead-from-studying me waiting for 966 which takes forever to arrive and reach home at 11 plus. So thank you mommy and daddy. I hope you were pleased with the results and thank you for all the tuition. haha. You've spent so much on me (>$1000) every month on tuition, piano lessons and my allowances. Next year will be worse but fear not for A's is coming and all misery will end. haha.

Talking about T26, we were so awesome we won the best contribution award. "From more than half of the class holding key positions in school to YOG ambassadors...and blood donations...". yes thats T26 for you. We have done so much as a class especially during our teachers' day performance! It is so memorable for me i'll never forget it. Although we did not win the best home class award, which we believe is largely due to our academic results haha, we can try again next year! Nonetheless, we all enjoyed the chocolates, wafers, yanyan, sparkling grape juice etc from the hamper right. haha. Speaking of the hamper, yesterday was our JC1 end-of-year ceremony. It was also Bro Paul's final speech for us. It lasted for more than an hour, yet all of us were so attentive to what he was saying. Although i dont know him well, im sure the video montage was sufficient to let everyone acknowledge what he has done for CJC. "I will see you all through" was what he said to his last batch of students, us. Somehow i felt safe at that moment. I cant describe it. His address that morning was both touching and humorous. All the golden-toilet awards, scientists-of-tmr thingy, and many more. haha. and how could we forget the wig! oh my the whole ceremony was so interesting and meaningful. It felt a little like graduation. When they presented Bro Paul with the stars that every JC1 student has folded for him in a large jar, the moment was really touching i felt. Stephanie mentioned that the number of stars (2920 i think) represented the number of days that Bro Paul has been in CJC. The student council is really thoughtful. Well, lets just hope that Bro Paul will be well in his future endeavours in Melbourne. and lets all pray that Mrs Kong (former principal of STC) will be nice to us hehe. oh btw, it was also major camwhoring session that day haha! (:

On a lighter note, promos have finally ended with all our results released. It feels relieved. I have so much more free time now at home. No more mugging. Except that i have to mug for just two more days for Monday the 2nd of nov is our A levels MT examination. ooo. I want an A. nothing less than an A. but im not confident for it. I pray that my efforts will pay off. The official examination date for our Oral Presentation for my group is next friday. I havent actually have my script solidly-memorised, but i dont think its advisable to do that right. haha i supposed we're supposed to be natural and all. oh well, i have to practice in front of my mirror soon. haha. May the dumplings bring us goodluck! :)

Another important date would be the 13 nov where we would be getting our official promotional results in the PAC.

NATIONAL DAY CELEBRATION IN SCHOOL! hahaha. went to school to blow balloons. Our class got the white ones. Went down to tie the balloons onto the netting with June. haha we had an awesome time (: Chem spa after the whole celebration. How disgusting. It was supposed to be a test but after mrs toh left we all discussed like crazy. hahahaha. Took ALOT of pictures with the balloon-flag and we went to the canteen to discuss the lyrics for our class's performance on teacher's day. I vaguely rmb huigeok chasing joel thio hahahahaha. Lingered in school for damn long before we left to town. In the end, June, Janice Oriana, Wanyi and I went to Bishan J8 to watch "UP". It is undeniably the best cartoon i have watched. Touching scenes, funny dialogues, cute characters, etc. the movie has it all. 5 stars definitely! (:

AHH teacher's day celebration!! :DD went to school at 6.55am and reported at the dance studio. haha. Had the butterflies in my tummy while i was on the bus la. haha. Went to LT2 for a briefing. Went back up to change, put on our make up, rehearse bla bla. Councillors then came to call us down. we were the first item of the concert. haha i can still rmb how insanely nervous i was (or everybody was also haha) backstage! We could hear the murmurings of the school and the emcees speaking. My heart just kept pumping crazily. Then the curtains opened. We walked out and positioned ourselves. The music started. THEN THE MUSIC WAS SO SOFT!! as i was one of the two side groups who were standing infront, we couldnt see that the center back group stop dancing alr. haha. then when i turned to find jonathan (partner part), there was almost nobody on stage alr. hahha omg i freaked out and ran backstage! Then i was told that there was technical errors and we had to do again. we were all so embarassed ttm we didnt dare to go out la. hahaha. the crowd was laughing their asses off! So we went out for the second time. and this time, it was perfect. the music was loud enough, our dance was coordinated and oh man i enjoyed myself like crazy. hahaha. i love dancing on the stage (: I still felt so embarassed during the robotic part even though i had expected laughters from the crowd. haha. After the performance we took group pictures outside the auditorium. Met up with T26 to get ready for our class song :D our class's performance was awesome too as the crowd laughed at our slideshow. haha we achieved what we wanted (: awesome job by my class. T26 is indeed loveeee! (: went back up to the dance studio and video-ed nobody but you. hahaha funny. Went to far east plaza to eat with dancers and we had Wanton noodle. It tasted quite good i'll go again the next time (:

I really hope i can pass. haha i dont wanna fail anymore. sch ended early at 12 and we went for the ARMY open house at 1 plus. other than the heat, the trip was fun. haha. The tanks were cooooool! June and i got into a Leopard Tank and she was the ______ (i forgot) while i was the commando HAHAHA. Oh and how can i forget, we camwhored like crazy. CRAZY I MEAN IT. hahaha. even mrs toh joined us in some of the pictures HAHAHA! The bus ride was damn damn long due to the jam and after a while of camwhoring in the bus, i couldnt take it and slept. haha. Luckily i sat alone so i had the entire bench to myself (: Reached sch at 6 plus. Met up with rachael jayne jonathan and lawrence in the canteen. We went to Lido for dinner. haha macs! :D Daddy came at about 8 plus and home sweet home.

Eddie picked mom and edwin up and we all met up at Jiujiu's house for a family gathering (Some seventh month thingy). haha then i met michaela again. lol.

It was a rare opportunity for the 5 of us to go there to eat as the last time we went as a full family was a long long time ago.. Then haha we stopped at great world city. JUST TO SHIT! like the four of us had to shit. hahahahaha how hilarious. Only edwin was fine. anw, we drove to beach road to get edd's boots. Home and here i am. Eddie just left for his fieldcamp. i should be studying. but somehow i just cant find the drive to study like i did for O's anymore. I really dont want to retain. I MUST pass GP. and i want an A for math. at least a B for chem which is rather impossible haha. ahhh whats the point of aiming when im not even starting on my revision. How Meaningless.

BIOLOGY. Its obvious that i got slaughtered. how the hell will i know why tadpoles have some weird increasing ____(smth) concentration as their tail disappears -.- wth. but after bio, it felt as if my body was lighter but a few kgs. haha. really. I was really extremely relieved.

Mathematics. seventeen marks blank. the partial fractions + sigma notation question really got me infuriated. I was so disturbed that i could not cancel when i was doing MOD just becus i did not arrange them properly. and that was a price of 5 marks to pay for.

Chem. I am so afraid of disappointing my tuition teacher. I personally aim for a B but i know im not gonna get it now. Made stupid careless mistakes which are rather fatal. I just pray that i dont fail. Hopefully a C.

Chinese. hahha omg chinese was quite tough. My essay was really shitty. and for the comprehension, i literally copy and paste the entire paragraph. Idk wth the story was about. Listening compre was fun. lol.
Went over to plaza to get some junk food before making my way to Felina's house. Watched Beverly Hills Chihuahua. omg funny! hahaha. i like it. The character chloe really amuses me. Hilarious dog which is so pampered and bimbotic. lol.

A few days back, i witnessed a scene that was so thought-provoking. I was walking to greenridge when i saw this small-built woman, grabbing a tall, huge, 15/16 yr old boy, who appeared to be autistic, tightly by the shirt. The boy walked past a railing which had an empty sweettalk cup and immediately ran over to snatch it, then biting the straw profusely. His mom hitted him by the back but it was as if he felt nothing. Then as we were reaching greenridge, they walked past this two ladies (i think they're maids), one pushing a pram, one holding the hand of a girl no older than 5 years old. The little girl was munching on what seemed like pocky. Just then, the boy started to walk closer and closer towards this little girl and out of a sudden, he grabbed the pack of biscuits away from the girl with some struggle. He immediately tore open the rest of the wrapper and stuff the biscuits into his mouth. Bits and pieces of the snack flew in all directions while he only managed to salvage some by cupping both his hands tgt. The little girl burst into tears while the boy's mom whacked him though he had no reaction. The frail looking woman looked as if she was about to cry too. At that moment, I felt so lucky and fortunate to be.. normal. I really pity both the boy and his mom. Its not easy for his mom to bring her mentally challenged child up and take him out. On the other hand, its very unfortunate for the boy too. This incident made me think alot. More importantly, it made me reflect on how i used to complain so much about my so called stressful jc life which was in fact nothing compared to the pains of that mom. It's hard to describe how i feel but maybe its time i start treasuring and appreciating everything i have, everything i am.

Went to her house for prata before haha wee left to Copyprinter to help mom out. haha i miss the old times where the four of us, eugene felina felicia and i would help out during the Proteach season.

Chem tuition from 9 to 11. Went to meet Aunt Alice, felina felicia, God mama, 2 more aunties, Cousin Diane with her 2 kids. We went for high tea at Zhou's Kitchen at JP2. I think it was my first time going for 'high tea'. lol.

Chem tuition again. East Coast Park for chalet in the afternoon with the same group of people who went for the high tea. haha. They booked 4 rooms la omg. rich people. Cycled, ate, played cards, walked around. haha. oh and the highlights: After we all bathed, Uncle suggested playing mahjiong. He was short of one khakee(spl?). So felina and i played together. Well, we were against 3 other uncles who were the all-time supporters of mahjiong .hahaha. imagine the fate that was gonna befall us man! BUT in the end, after hours, (i couldnt tahan and i went to sleep first. haha) we won a little! Felina told me in the morn that we won 5 bucks. haha not bad eh! (: Second day, my family came down too. Cycled with mom and my maid, Suzanna. The three of us then went to sit on some rock and enjoyed the breeze. what a relaxing moment which i'll never forget. Went to bedok 80-smth for dinner before chiong-ing home for my ahma's fav show, ai. LOL. haha and eddie's friends were at home playing mahjiong -.-

THIS POST IS BLOODY BORING. becus i cant rmb things i've done. i can only rely on my organiser which writes almost nth during the hols. but its okay, its for my own viewing anyway. i just want to record everything i've done so i can look back in future. haha i like it this way :)
